1. Extract the downloaded Eclipse software zip file as shown below (I used Winrar software to extract the zip file in the below screenshot)

2. Open the extracted folder as shown below:

4. Eclipse will take lot of time to launch. Wait for the eclipse to launch
5. Eclipse will ask you to provide the path to save the Workspace as shown below: (Provide the path where you want to save your projects and click 'OK' )

6. After loading few files the Eclipse will launch as shown below:
